EAL students visit the BBC

Southbank Westminster EAL students from Grades 6-8 have learnt first-hand about the institution that is the BBC.

The students, led by Ruth Campbell and Emily Matos, visited the famous Television Centre for an interactive tour of the CBBC studios where children's programming takes place.

Emily explains: "The students had a fabulous time! They acted as news reporters, weather reporters, contestants in The Weakest Link and other programmes like Raven and Diddy Dick and Dom. They also saw the famous Blue Peter garden, a green room and a television studio."
