Grade 8 Group Projects

At Southbank Westminster Grade 8 students work on a group project as part of the Middle Years Programme. This year's range of topics under investigation were:

• How does Facebook affect social life?
• Peer pressure
• Does technology ruin your life?
• Safety in skateboarding
• Swine Flu - should we be worried?
• Banksy and the face of controversy
• How does the entertainment industry affect the minds of young adults?
• Dating dilemmas

The students researched their chosen issues and then presented their findings to their fellow classmates and guests (parents and staff). Boards illustrating their work are now on display in the Portland Place library.
