PYP Exhibition

Last Wednesday our Grade 5 students presented their PYP Exhibition to the school community.

The students' learning throughout the whole process of the exhibition has been amazing. They have matured, worked collaboratively with their peers, developed lines of inquiry, researched and finally presented their learning. Their depth of understanding clearly showed an embodiment of all we try to cultivate and promote here at Southbank. The children took to heart the IB Learner Profile, the attitudes and skills of the IB Primary Years Programme and shone!

Their reflective essays were truthful and honest and displayed a depth more than their tender years. There wasn't a dry eye in the house as each student talked of their learning journey, their personal rite of passage before entering middle school, and a new gateway to continue their learning.

Special thanks to the students for their commitment, enthusiasm and passion for learning. They are outstanding ambassadors of Southbank Hampstead.
