Research, Action and Learning

Grade 5 Southbank Kensington students have just completed the presentation of their research, action and learning over the past months to their fellow students. Yesterday evening, they repeated the performance for their parents and other members of the Southbank community.

The Fifth Graders shared some of the things they are proud of: the ECO Group had a great film at their stand, the Animal Group were very pleased with their creative display, the Environmental helpers made good use of models in their demonstration, the Poverty Group were proud of the detailed information their research had unearthed, and the Health Group thought their sugar test was a very effective demonstration.

Southbank Kensington Principal, Judith Kingsbury, said: "The teachers have just been blown away by the children's enthusiasm and dedication, and the range of expertise they have built up in such a short time."
