Beyond Southbank
Southbank students have gone on to top universities around the world, including Oxford, Cambridge, and LSE in the UK; Columbia, Harvard and Berkeley in the USA; as well as other universities worldwide such as Tokyo University, University of Montreal and University of Oslo.
Worldwide, there have been over half a million IB Diploma Programme graduates since 1968. The IB maintains a directory of university policies for recognising the IB Diploma. There are currently 2544 universities from 75 countries in the directory, but many other universities also admit IB Diploma holders.
If your son/daughter will leave school before they complete their IB education, be assured that there are over 3000 IB schools in 141 countries where they can continue their programme. 912 schools are authorised to offer the MYP and the Diploma Programme is now offered by 2305 IB World Schools.
