PRINCIPAL (SOUTHBANK KENSINGTON) - We require a Principal for our Kensington campus for the start of the 2010-2011 academic year, effective August 2010. The selected candidate will be an integral member of the school's Education Board. ASSISTANT LAB TECHNICIAN We require an Assistant Lab technician with a good understanding and working knowledge of a school laboratory and school science department. Ideally we require someone who has experience working within a school. If you are an enthusiastic, well-organised individual with sound scientific knowledge and the ability to prioritise, we look forward to hearing from you.
DESIGN TECHNOLOGY TEACHER We are looking for a teacher with excellent IT skills who has a passion for the subject and is a good team player! The successful applicant will have a passion for teaching and learning and an ability to motivate and excite young people about the possibilities of Design Technology in the 21st century. S/he will also be committed to using IT effectively in Design Technology, have an excellent working knowledge of Desktop Pro and be familiar with CNC machinery and CAD/CAM. Knowledge of the IB programmes and some experience teaching in an international school is preferred but is not essential.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (GIRLS) - We require a flexible, enthusiastic, creative and dedicated teacher to be a key part of our Middle and High School PE Team (four people). We are looking for a qualified teacher who can coach a variety of sports particularly volleyball and basketball. (The current programme is diverse and includes, swimming, tennis, football, dance, handball, badminton, cross-country at various sports facilities in central London). An interest in curriculum development is also vital and there is an opportunity for Head of Department for the right candidate.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (PRIMARY) - a dynamic and pro-active educator is required to teach an integrated, developmental PE curriculum and manage the after school activities programme at our school of 200 primary age students. Experience of the PYP is desirable; ability to inspire, and strong organisational skills essential
UPPER PRIMARY TEACHER We are looking for a creative and dynamic Grade 4 or Grade 5 Classroom Teacher, with at least two years experience teaching primary school students. International experience with students of varied ability and background, is a distinct advantage. Experience of the IB Primary Years Programme (using inquiry and a thematic approach) is preferred.
LOWER PRIMARY TEACHER - We require a classroom teacher with strong commitment and experience teaching and assessing early literacy and numeracy in the context of a small class of 6-7 year olds to join our Lower Primary Team. Knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme is a distinct advantage, as is international experience.
EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER We are looking for a caring, committed and creative Early Childhood Teacher to work as a part of our EC teaching team teaching a combined class of 3 and 4 year olds. International experience with students of varied ability and background, is a distinct advantage. Experience of the EYFS and IB Primary Years Programme is preferred.
