15 January 2009Grade 2 enjoyed learning about Space Exploration this month on their trip to London's Science Museum.
They met an astronaut who told them about what it is like on the moon - including some of the problems that astronauts have to deal with.
Teacher Vicki Hird said: "We were able to look around the Space gallery at some of the important space discoveries, artefacts and models. We also watched an IMAX film which helped us to imagine what it must have been like for these astronauts on their trips to the moon."
