Musical Talent Showcased
17 November 2008Southbank Westminster is literally bursting with musical talent as our recent showcase proved.
From string and guitar ensembles to cellists and violinists, from solo vocalists to choirs; the talent nurtured by the Music Department was evident throughout the school from Grade 6 to 12.
24 pieces were performed to parents and staff on the evening of 11th November in the school's theatre.
The show also saw the staff choir's debut - performing a tongue-in-cheek version of "Kids" from Bye Bye Birdie, they received rapturous support from their students!
