Thinking Renewable: students taking action

Thinking Renewable: students taking action

01 February 2012

Southbank Kensington Grade 5 students took part in a competition connected to their Sustainability unit of inquiry; to design a 'Renewable Energy Logo'.

We are very pleased to announce that two of our students, Maria and Gaia, had their entries shortlisted!

The student who submits the winning design will win £100 and could also win £2,000 for their school to spend on an environmental project! What a great chance to make a different.

You can cast your vote by visiting the Renewable Idea website or by clicking on their designs below.

Each vote generates points which will become donations to help raise vital funds for WWF-UK.

Voting closes 1 March 2012, so make sure you cast yours.

Well done to all the Grade 5 students for their entries and congratulations to Maria and Gaia!
