28 November 2008To welcome new Hampstead Principal Helen O'Donoghue to Southbank, Grade 3 students asked what artwork she would like for her new office. Several weeks later, the new "commissions" arrived incorporating all of Helen's favourite things: Southbank International School, Vermeer, bright colours and flowers!
The Principal's office is now adorned with the sculptures, collages and paintings made by Grade 3.
"I felt all my birthdays had come at once!" said Principal Helen O'Donoghue. "I really believe we have future art masters in our midst!"
