Since September our students have raised over £10,000 for a variety of worthy causes in London and beyond.
They have attended school dressed in yellow for a day, been busking, sold pre-loved books, arranged bake sales and a sale for healthy chocolate (coconut) milk. Most recently they have taken part in a sponsored obstacle course race all in the name of charity.
In the run up to Christmas we also collected 80 boxes of food for TLC Care Services in east London which is an organisation that works with disadvantaged and disabled people living in poverty. Some of the other charities that have benefitted from our cross-campus efforts include the Dog’s Trust, Mary’s Meals, Room to Read, Save the Children and the DEC Philippines Typhoon Appeal.
In the coming weeks and months our students will be looking to add to this total further with events and activities in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital, Wangama School in Tanzania and Unicef.
Look out for more updates here soon!
