Middle Years and Diploma Programmes
Our Westminster campus is located over three impressive sites in central London (Portland Place, Conway Street and Cleveland Street), all of which are just a five-minute walk from each other.
Students follow the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (ages 11–16) across all three sites, while our Diploma Programme students (ages 16–19) attend classes at Conway Street and Cleveland Street.

Middle Years Programme
Where is the campus located?
The campus is a splendid Grade II listed building that’s located on Portland Place itself. This location is very close to Oxford Street and Regent’s Park, as well as famous London attractions such as The London Palladium theatre and Madame Tussauds.
What facilities and resources are available?
- An IT lab featuring high-performance Mac computers.
- Five well-equipped science labs.
- An art room equipped with a wide range of art and craft materials.
- A music room with a range of instruments and digital recording equipment.
- A small hall / theatre for meetings and performances.
- A library containing over 5,000 books, as well as access to powerful online databases, DVDs, CDs, newspapers and journals.
- MYP students have access to a wide range of sports facilities and venues in London. These include the large green spaces of Regent’s Park and a sports centre in Kilburn, purchased and refurbished by Southbank in 2012 (bus transport provided).
What catering facilities are available?
There are no in-house catering facilities at Portland Place. But students can bring their own packed lunch and morning snack; or they can choose to go to one of the many eateries in the immediate vicinity that are within a designated area.
Does a student need permission to leave the campus?
Students must have off-campus permission from their parents via our online Student Information Form (SIF).

Conway Street (11 to 19 years)

Where is the campus located?
The campus is a striking, modernised building located very close to leafy Fitzroy Square. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from Warren Street and Great Portland Street underground stations, and it benefits from being close to a wide range of museums and libraries.
What facilities and resources are available?
- Well-equipped science
- Language suites, including multimedia workstations for private study.
- A new gym featuring the latest equipment.
- A Library Resource Centre (LRC) that offers students access to over 3,800 books, online resources and databases.
- MYP and DP students have access to a wide range of sports and games facilities in London, including a sports centre in Kilburn, purchased and refurbished by Southbank in 2012 (bus transport provided).
What catering facilities are available?
There are no in-house catering facilities at Conway Street. But students can bring their own packed lunch and morning snack; or they can choose to go to one of the many eateries in the immediate vicinity that are within a designated area.

Cleveland Street (11 to 19 years)
Middle Years and Diploma Programmes
Where is the campus located?
Our new Cleveland Street campus is a state-of-the-art learning environment that’s located very close to Great Portland Street underground station.
Opened in September 2018, the campus was created with lots of input from students and teachers about what it should feature and how it should look and feel. This includes living moss walls to bring nature indoors and calming colour schemes and artworks.
What facilities and resources are available?
- Specialised classrooms to inspire learning.
- A well-equipped design technology lab in the basement.
- An art room equipped with a wide range of art and craft materials.
- Study and learning pods for individuals, pairs and groups.
- A large, open-plan common space on the top floor.
- MYP and DP students have access to a wide range of sports and games facilities in London, including a sports centre in Kilburn, purchased and refurbished by Southbank in 2012 (bus transport provided).
What catering facilities are available?
There are no in-house catering facilities at Cleveland Street. But students can bring their own packed lunch and morning snack; or they can choose to go to one of the many eateries in the immediate vicinity that are within a designated area.
