Results of the Southbank International School Parents’ Questionnaire
As part of the school’s commitment to consult parents regularly, in May 2014 all current Southbank parents were asked to complete a questionnaire covering a wide range of specific aspects of the school. We were delighted that 80% of the responses expressed either ‘strong agreement’ or ‘agreement’ with the statements parents were given. Whilst school management recognises that there is always room for improvement in general, and that the results offered us some particular areas to work on, overall they appear to confirm that there is a high level of satisfaction, not least (it should be noted, given recent events) over the welfare and safety that the school offers its students. If the test of a good school is a high level of parental satisfaction, Southbank seems to have passed it.
