We know that arriving in a new city and joining a new school can be a daunting experience for students and their families. That’s why we provide a comprehensive range of support to students and parents to help them settle into their new life in London and at Southbank.
On top of this, we understand that leaving Southbank or moving to a different campus can be an emotional time for students and the friends they may be leaving behind. To help make sure this experience goes as well as possible, we offer a range of tailored support, including creating memory books.
Parent arrival:

Year Transition Support
Moving from Primary Years to Middle Years
In addition to the support above, we run an extensive programme of transition activities including tours, taster sessions, question and answer sessions with older students in order to prepare Grade 5 students for their move to our Westminster campus for Grade 6 and the Middle Years Programme.
