I am currently studying Business Management and Psychology at the University of Birmingham Dubai campus. The transition from high school to university has been demanding but rewarding, and I have already achieved strong academic results, including 45 out of 50 on a business case study analysis.

My time at Southbank International School provided a solid academic foundation, particularly in English and independent study skills. After completing English B HL, I am now enrolled in Advanced Academic English, Academic Grammar, and Academic Study Skills, which closely reflect the British university academic framework. I recently received full marks on a video assignment evaluating whether students should have part-time jobs, skills I developed during my IB studies.

After an initial adjustment period, I have established an effective study routine and feel confident managing my workload. Mathematics for Economics has been challenging due to its advanced algebra focus, but I continue to apply study strategies developed at Southbank.

Outside academics, I live close to campus and have joined the university football club. Studying in Dubai has also provided significant exposure to a wide range of cultures, complementing my previous experience in London.

My IB Bilingual Diploma certificate has recently been collected and framed at home in Spain, marking an important milestone in my academic journey. Overall, my experience at Southbank continues to play a key role in my academic progress and personal development.
